I’ve been using the new makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights and it is amazing what a difference a highlighter in the right spot makes in your makeup.
This is almost “white” in colour, with a very subtle peach glow, which makes it perfect to use with peach coloured blusher (which is my favourite and is great for many types of complexions). One applied, it runs into a highlighting glow, without too much glitter, just shimmer.
I usually run it down my nose and add to the cheekbone (quite high up) towards around my nose after foundation and powder, but before bronzer and blusher, and it really makes that part of the face glow.
It is very pretty and does a fantastic job; I use MAC Lightscapade (which I love to bits) and the effect is quite similar – the MAC one is a bit less shimmery and less peachy, but the highlighting final result is quite close.
I tried photographing the swatch, but as the effect is so subtle (which is a great thing), nothing worth showing came out! However, in this picture you can clearly see how illuminated my nose is, as well as the centre of my face – this picture was taken with natural light.
The best bit? This baby is only £3! It is also available in Pink and Gold. Lovely.
You can get the Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights from Superdrug.
I love a good highlighter! At £3 this one seems fab so I must pop into Superdrug to pick one up! xx

I know, right? £3!!! Almost unbelievable; the quality is really good. They have a couple other shades too, if you prefer pink or gold based, but peach is definitely my favourite colour; it just goes with everything!
Thanks for your visit and comment.
