Nails of the week: grey leopard print

For the day, I left with the gorgeous shade Dress to Kilt, from the Aw14 collection on my talons, but I also left with something quite special: the Vogue’s editor’s favourites VFNO special edition, with two shades: the super festive Set in Stones and my pick of the week, Power Clutch.

Power clutch is a weirdly wonderful creamy green grey – it is looks grey most of the time, but sometimes you really see a deep olive green, go figure.

Needless to say, essie polishes apply extremely well; well saturated in colour, with only two coats required, no staining, nice brush, quick drying, good durability (phew!)

To my Power Clutch base, I added spots with a dotting tool (and not creating perfect dots – just moving it a bit, to create irregular shapes) using L’Oréal Color Riche Black Swan and drew the lines around it with my new Sally Hansen nail art pen in silver (420) and voilá: one easy leopard print manicure.

And here are the highlights of my manicure by Perfect 10 Mobile Beauty  in the Mini with the lovely Essie shade Dress to Kilt, which is part of their stunning and brand new AW14 collection.
