When I partnered up with Westfield for the #BareFacedOrBold I saw the bare faced looks as my real challenges, as I don’t often do bare.
I am always wearing red lips, I like smokey eyes, everything about me screams bold.
So I am starting the challenge with on home ground: bold. Maybe I went a bit crazy on those…
I am kicking off with a look inspired by a fierce, tribal woman – think glam warpaint. For this look I used mainly the super bright Orange and the warm brown Embark MAC eyeshadows.
After priming with Urban Decay Eyeshadow Potion, I went all in pretty much straight from inner corner with the orange, creating a huge flick way into my temples.
I then started to shade the other corner with the brown to give this look a it of depth. I also used Embark to line my upper and lower lash lines and under water line, smoking it a bit.
I highlighted my brow bone with MAC pigment in Vanilla, which was also used to highlight the inner corner of my eyes. Finally, I added a pair of lashes.
I also used the orange to contour cheeks, from out of the ears and higher temples.
On my face I have MAC Studio Fix Fluid foundation, powder and Mineralize Skin Finish used as bronzer and Sheer Tone blush in Peaches, Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights. I also used MAC Extended Play mascara on my own lashes and Lola Makeup lipstick in Naked Beige.
To make this more wearable, I would use a lighter colour across the lid first, the blend the orange from outer corner till 3/4 in, then shade the corner with the brown.
And, the best thing is, you can get everything I used from Westfield!

Also, you can check the Westfield London website for all info about them, the shops and how wonderful your shopping trip can be over there.
So, what do you think? Did I go too out?
