Review: L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara

L'Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara review

I’ve been through a zillion different mascaras and shunned plastic bristles for a long time, so I was very surprised that L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara has become a favourite of mine.

Plastic bristles always bothered me; applying mascara with it usually makes me shiver as I can feel the plastic against my lash line and that is what puts me off.

This wand, however plastic, is super soft – the bristles are small and short, and maybe that’s why I like it to much – no weird feeling against my lash line. L'Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara review

In fact, that is exactly what makes the effect of this mascara so great; the tiny bristles pick and coat lashes individually.

There are no clumps and no smudges; durability is also very decent – it goes all day, even the long ones. The formula not runny, if I may say, perhaps very slightly on the dry side but not an issue.

What makes a good mascara is really a personal matter; some like volume, some like length. I, personally, am all about the definition and want fanned lashes, with some lengthening.

And I get this from the L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara. I feel my lashes nice and black, defined and lengthened. Love it.

Add to that the mid-range price of £10.99 and now you see it is not such a surprise that it became a fave.

You can get the L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara from major retailers countrywide.
