Every skin can do with a boost in hydration, and that is why I love the Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster.
Sometimes, I feel my skin needs that extra moisture, but it cannot cope with very rich moisturisers – enter this little gem, to add weightless hydration to the skin.
The Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster is packed with hyaluronic acid, panthenol, glycolipids and nutrient-rich algae extract. All this give skin a helping hand in restoring moisture balance.
This product can be used as an add-on to your routine – apply 6-10 drops to hands and massage on face and neck before your moisturiser, or less drops massages to specific problem areas. It can also be mixed with the moisturiser.
Its consistency is a super aqueous gel, colourless and odourless (no artificial colours or fragrances). Skin seems to drink it straight away and when applied at night, delivers replenishes, smooth skin in the morning.
A highly recommended product for any skin type. I particularly like adding to drier parts of the face or even around the eye for that extra moisture without weight.
The Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster cost £52.70 for 30ml, but it does go a very long way. It can be purchased online on the Dermalogica website, as well as many Dermalogica shops and counters in retailers nationwide.
This summer, Dermalogica has teamed up with Soda Stream for a Summer of Hydration and I an say that between the fabulous Dermalogica skincare products and the fun carbonated water I get with Soda Stream, it will be hard to have dry skin.
Here I am hydrating my insides with some summer fizz! Yum!
This post contains PR samples. This review, however, is based on my experience with the product and reflects my honest opinion on them.

Hey Laura
They are a lovely brand! I find it complements my moisturisers without weighting, which my skin likes. Sometimes I double on moisturiser as my skin asks for more hydration, but the richness of extra product doesn’t agree with it, so the serum is perfect to add that boost. Pricey, but I think worth it! It does go a long way!
