First, I must admit I was never a fan of tinted moisturiser, until I met the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturiser Broad Spectrum SPF20.
I always thought no product could offer me a decent makeup finish, while giving me hydration and sun protection at the same time, but somehow Caudalie has managed it.
This skin correcting product offers skincare and enhancement in one as it contains viniferine – a potent dark-spot treatment from the grapevines sap – and mineral pigments.
Some days, when my skin is better, I’ve been using this instead of foundation, which is great, as I just apply one product instead of three. It is also perfect for my non-makeup days, as it offers me light coverage, but most importantly, sun protection.
I wear this a lot to go to the gym, as it is not makeup, gives me protection and moisture and I don’t feel bare-faced.
In terms of coverage, although quite sheer, I confess it is better than I expected. It comes in two colours, Light and Medium. I am a medium, which for British standards is verging on dark, but still, not suitable for black skin, unfortunately.
Texture is fluid and applied well. When my skin is a bit dehydrated, it does need a boost from another moisturiser (their Polyphenol C15 range is fantastic!) but overall, it does a very decent job in all its claims!
The Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturiser Broad Spectrum SPF20 (£27 for 40ml) is available from their website and their gorgeous shop and spa in London Covent Garden, as well as from retailers in the UK.
This post contains PR samples. This review, however, is based on my experience with the product and reflects my honest opinion on them.
I’d love to try this product!

It is lovely – I really like their face moisturisers, so having a tinted one is a bonus!
Thanks for your comment and visit.
