If I could I would have either leopard print or gradient nails all the time. But that would be too boring for the blog, so I try to squeeze them in from time to time…
And this is the green turn. I “recycled” my new year’s eve manicure, as I didn’t have time to do anything more elaborate for the night, I just painted it with the gorgeous JN Beauty green 036.
This metallic forest green has an amazing gold sheen and it stops shy from being a colour-shifter – depending on the angle it can look quite teal. The polish applies really well, the brush is standard, three strokes are enough to cove the nail (it could be bigger; some brands really spoil us with the immense brushes and any smaller just doesn’t feel the same! But this brush does the job very well) and the pigmentation is very good, I used two coats.
The finish is glossy and it lasts really well (I used it for two days with no topcoat, as I knew I was going to apply some details – there were no chips or scratches). It does however, take a little time longer to dry than I am used to. Worth it though.
I then applied the leopard spots – using my loyal Barry M foil effects in gold and their nail art pen in black. This time, I concentrated on the tips for the spots – and not on one side as I did previously.
Overall, I really liked this mani. And also the JN Beauty nail lacquer which I hadn’t tried before. You can find it at the JN Beauty website – they have lots of lovely shades and it costs £6.00.
I love your nails, the shape, the length ❤ and really pretty mani.

Hi Amria
Thank you – I was loving them too, and now am very sad I broke a nail real bad and had to cut them all – now they are shorter 😥
Can barely recognise my hands…
Manis won’t stop though, and soon they will be back to former glory! 🙂
