After I attended the lovely L’Oréal event to launch the new SS14 Color Riche nail polishes Les Blancs and Topcoats I came home with the amazing polishes, and could not wait to use them! Without wasting any time, I thought about something nice to make justice to the lovely Les Blancs pretty spring shades.
Being the greedy polish person I am, I could not stick to one colour, so I used all four shades: green Pistachio Drage, peachy-pink Peach Neglige, lilac Nouvelle Vague and yellow Lemon Meringue. To make it more transitional, I added the classic Black Swan.
The round brush on the Color Riche polishes are perfect to create pretty round shapes – it makes the task very easy. So I painted all my nails black and added the pretty pastels on top, leaving a gap close to the cuticles and edges.
Les Blancs polishes apply well, one coat stains a lot, two gives a good coverage. They dry in a shiny, glossy finish and last very well!
I absolutely loved this mani, it really sums up my mood at the moment – my spring pastels clawing their way out of the blackness of winter!
The L’Oréal Paris Les Blancs lovely shades are hitting the shelves anytime this month (March 2014) – keep your eyes peeled! They are already on the L’Oréal Paris website – take a peek!

I really like this, and I’m not usually a fan of this kid of nail art! Must be the black and pastels.!
Very nice!
