Shoe heaven, for me, is as simple as heaven – seriously, no place can call themselves heaven if there are no shoes in sight, right?

And Harrod’s is giving us just that – Shoe Heaven – following on the footsteps of Selfridge’s Shoe Galleries (one of my favourite places on earth… there are Louboutin and Jimmy Choo boutiques, lots of shoes are just there in the open begging to be touched – is it just me?!)

The space, on the shop’s 5th floor, has 17 boutiques with collections from over 50 designers, including Dior, Louboutin, Chanel and many other names.

The super chic space was designed by the late David Collins and has expert advisers, velvet banquet lounge seating, private shopping suite and amazing displays.

I find it really fun that they have a little “in numbers” for the new space – Shoe Heaven is the size of 3 Olympic swimming pools – oh, please let me drown in shoes…
