A red lip is pretty much a must in my daily life, day or night. However, some mornings, the ritual of lining, applying with brush and fixing is just a bit too lengthy for my sleepy head – enter the Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm to give me that red lip in a jiffy!
The balm comes in a handy chubby pen shape and glides very smoothly on the lips. Pigmentation is fantastic and the matte effect impeccable. It has a very impressive staying power, all things considered, and it fades as a whole, so no dark marks near the lip edge!
I fell in love with this colour, Striking (240), which is a pretty red, ever so slightly on the orange side.
I bought this one in the USA and paid I think US$5. Luckily, I found it here in the UK too, for £7.99. At the moment, it is on the Boots 3 for 2.
