Nails of the week: silver with colourful leopard print

silver nails with colourful leopard print - somanylovelythings

You know when I say I obsess with things? Together with gradients, leopard print is a great nail obsession of mine.

And it had been a while, as I pace myself not to sport always the same nail design, but I could not resist when I got hold of the most amazing bright colours and just had to do it.

I used the OPI’s chrome silver Push & Shove (from the Gwen Stefani collection) as a base and put in orange (Maybelline new SuperStay gel polish Orange Punch), green ( Maybelline new SuperStay gel polish Lime Me Up), blue (Kiko 385), pink (Revlon Sweet Tart) and yellow (H&M Rising Sun), one colour each nail! Then I used the Barry M nail art pen in black to finish off the design.

To start, OPI Push & Shove is a fantastic chrome – very little brush marks and amazing mirror shine.

The new Maybelline new SuperStay gel polishes, launching this month, are amazing, with super high pigmentation and shine with these bright colours.

Overall a look I loved, with fantastic durability.

This post contains PR samples (Maybelline polishes). This review, however, is based on my own true experience with the products and reflects my honest opinion on them.
