Review: Imperial Leather FoamBurst Luxurious Body Wash

Imperial Leather raises the luxury bar at shower time with their FoamBurst Luxurious Body Wash.

Seriously, I felt like I was showering in pieces of sweets scented clouds when using the Sweet Vanilla & Cherry Blossom one.

When you spray into you hand, it has a somewhat colourful, hard-ish, semi-translucent gel consistency that upon touch, transforms into a thick, silky rich foam lather. It just feels lush on the skin.

This type of transformation is no uncommon for shaving gels, and as a shower foam, it is just amazing.  A small amount goes a very long way – a can is enough for a whopping 40 washes! Needless to say, it is fantastic for shaving too!

The sweet smell of vanilla and cherry blossom is noticeable but not overpowering and won’t linger on the skin afterwards. After rinsing, the skin feels clean and soft, just as it should be.

Packaging is nice, easy to hold and pump in the shower and I like the colourful stardust feel on the label.  I have to say I am sold. I don’t know how I am meant to go back to normal shower gels after trying this one. Really.

At the moment, it is £2.00 at Superdrug! Hurry!
