Nails of the week: bright green with ladybird

Ladybirds! I love ladybirds… but was too lazy to draw them on my nails sooo… I cheated!

First, I must point out I had the most horrendous nail accident this week, and had to give them all the chop. Luckily, the accident wasn’t on my photographing hand, so all good. ISH. I was devastated, it broke so bad not even my teabag mending technique could save it. Gutted.

Anyway, I painted them all with the beautiful Maybelline SuperStay 7 day gel colour Lime Me Up, a vibrant lime green. This polish is amazing – super pigmented with a good brush which requires minimal strokes for maximum coverage. and lasts.

Then, I added a pretty ladybird on my ring finger. This is a water decal, but it is sold as a temporary skin tattoo, from Skin Art. It was so easy to apply, I am sold. Easier than nail stickers!
