Bare black eyeliner: look 4 for Westfield #BareFacedOrBold Makeup Challenge

westfield barefaceorbold challenge - somanylovelythings

With look 4, we are just edging away from halfway of Westfield #BareFacedorBold Challenge – and I have to say I quite like this one, as it is a great everyday look very easy to put together. Think everyday at work, with a dash of lip colour to brighten up the autumn.

As I said, very easy to achieve. For the eyes, just a little hint of MAC taupe Patina eyeshadow in the outer corner of the eyes and crease. By shading in a taupe/darker shade and defining the crease, you make your eyes look less puffy and lift the complexion. This taupe is great as it is very, very subtle, but just colour enough to create that separation.

Obviously if you have deep set eyes and your crease is indeed quite deep (and sometimes dark), the above tip doesn’t apply.

I then added a classic black eyeliner and flick using L’Oréal’s Superliner Perfect Slim in Intense black.

On my lips, as if just bitten by coral, I added dabs of B. Makeup B. Vibrant lip & cheek colour  in Alecia and a little bit of Nivea lip Butter on top to blend and add sheen and freshness.

On my face I have MAC Studio Fix Fluid foundation, powder and Mineralize Skin Finish used as bronzer and Sheer Tone blush in Peaches, Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights. I also used MAC Extended Play mascara on my lashes.

Tomorrow I have my last and favourite bold – I absolutely love it. Come back to check it out!

Here are the previous look: bold orange, bare faced green and bold blue.

Also, you can check the Westfield London website for all info about them, the shops and how wonderful your shopping trip can be over there.
