Pretty. That was the very first thing I noticed about the Elizabeth Arden Sunkissed Pearls Bronzer and Highlighter.
It helps you to achieve a “sun-kissed, contoured glow” quickly, with illumination and dimension. It is formed of two bronzer shades and a highlighting powder.
The bronzers are matte, which is I love; it makes for a more versatile product that looks very natural. The duo of complimentary bronzers offers colour control to suit different complexions within the light and dark options available.
I am using the darker shade, Deep Pearl, which gives my skin a very subtle, discreet, bronzed glow – an overall flush of colour that is not too orange. I like it.
This also makes a decent contouring powder as it is not too warm.
The highlighter, for me, is more like a glow enhancer; it is not light enough to properly highlight, but applied on the highlighter points, it does give a bronzed glow and radiance.
It is discreetly shimmery, and personally, I think it doubles up as a nice blusher; the shade is actually a pale pinky coral, which makes it a good blusher shade for me.This product contains argan oils and vitamin E, which give this product a skincare boost and contribute to keep skin soft and moisturised. The soft focus microlight mineral complex with pearlised pigments helps blur imperfections.
For me, this is a very good on-the-go makeup bag addition as it covers quite a few bases.
The Elizabeth Arden Sunkissed Pearls Bronzer and Highlighter costs £28 and can be purchased from the Elizabeth Arden website and major retailers nationwide.
This post contains PR samples. This review, however, is based on my experience with the product and reflects my honest opinion on them.
