Serums have become an obsession of mine in the past years. Jurlique is responsible for the latest addition to my skincare kit: the Rose Moisture Plus Daily Moisture Balancing serum
I find serums are the perfect way to boost hydration and nourishment without having to resort to heavier creams which don’t quite agree with my skin.
This serum has a milky white colour and is very light, being absorbed quickly by the skin. Skin feel silky and supple after application. Plus, it has the most delicate aroma of roses. Beautiful!
It provides the skin with essential fatty acids to help with skin moisturising and protection. It is full of lovely oils like rose hip, primrose, safflower, amongst others to really help skins natural barriers with these and other botanical extracts.
As it does not weight on the skin, I find this perfect for day wear, under my day moisturiser; it does help keep skin away from dryness, especially towards the end of the day, when dehydration tends to be quite visible. It is lovely on the neck too!
Jurlique is an Australian company founded by a German couple. Ingredients come from their farm, which follows strict organic and biodynamic farming principles. Their ingredients, all hand picked crops, are free from synthetic chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides and they are all about sustainability, eco-conscious and environment-friendly practices. of course, they don’t test on animals.
Their Rose line has lots of fabulous products and I am told they are their best sellers.
